Mission Escape Pitt St

I paid $108 for 2 people and it was so not worth it. We spent almost half of the playtime watching videos instead of solving puzzles. Also, when you book, you’re pretty much not allowed to change your mind because they don’t offer all your deposit money back even if it’s more than 48 hours notice. I called 46 hours in advance, just 2 hours difference, and was not offered any money back. I’ve never experienced an escape room venue that is like this. Is it to make up for the lack of bookings? In addition, we wanted to change the room from 3 people to 2 people, but was told we still have to pay the price of 3 people. I understand that it requires a minimum of 3 players but if you allow 2 players, I don’t understand why we are forced to pay for the extra person who can’t make it. There is only one staff on duty, and it’s not costing any extra to run the room. There is also still availability for the room, nobody is even booking it. I do not recommend this place and I would not be back. Definitely stick with the places that are usually booked out >:(

Had a great time at Mission Escape. We did the Lost Mine and it was a fantastic experience - from start to finish. Our host was great - took us through the orientation and gave useful hints when needed. There were 4 of us - and each of us were able to contribute to the escape in some way. The storyline was great and so were the rooms and puzzles - very realistic and you felt you were really in a Lost Mine! We managed to finish with just over a minute to spare and were on a high when we left. Thanks Mission Escape!

Thrilling experience. I escaped the Dr M room. The storyline was thrilling, and the puzzles to be solved were challenging. We were a group of 7 and managed to escape just in time! I would come back here again and try another room! Staff were very friendly and explained the storyline well. Escape room is well designed with a range of different types of challenges to tackle. Highly recommend.

I dont think I could've gotten a better escape experience unless I wound up in an actual prison for a crime I didn't commit (white collar of course), leaving myself alone and scared with the only solution to make friends with the prison 'getter', have him fetch me a pickaxe and some posters, spend years drilling a hole into the wall, squeezing myself through a sewer pipe, hitch-hiking cross state to my special tree by the rock fence, then living a free life on the ocean waiting for my friend, finally turning over a new leaf. The room was fantastic, the staff, namely Dani, was amazing, respectful, helpful and overall kind. She even suggested other rooms we can't wait to try! Including "Intruders", which apparently involves a very handsome live actor inside. You can bet we will be returning, and can't even consider trying a different company, until we've completed every room Mission has to offer. Recommend this room (Dr. M) a lot. Sincerely yours, Luke
